CALLING ALL RHS FANS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY!!!!

 

Have you missed us??? We’ve missed you to the moon and back! We’re thrilled to share a couple of very exciting announcements with you! First off, we want to recognize that the events of the past few months have forced all of us to adapt to changes that we didn’t see coming. We’ve been using this time to seek God’s presence and to work hard on writing and developing new material. We are proud to announce that we’re working on a brand new album to be recorded at Old Bear Studios this August!!! We’re humbled to be working with The Brothers McClurg’s producer Chris Hoisington as well as the one and only Jonas Woods on songwriting and development.

 

We’ll be announcing a few ways you can support our ministry over the next couple of weeks, including the launch of our online store and a fundraising campaign for the album, but in the meantime, we are excited to present to you our first-ever DRIVE-IN CONCERT to raise funds for our upcoming album!!!!!!  

 

We’ll be taking a live poll during the show to get the crowd’s opinion on songs you would like to hear on the album, as well as sharing a few RHS favorite hits, stories behind the new songs, and a special guest opening by the very talented Kat Stewart! There will also be a merch giveaway, a 32-foot stage, large screen, and a wall of speakers & subs to make sure you don’t miss a note… Professional production will be provided by Supreme Sound & Lighting. This promises to be a summer event you do NOT want to miss!!! (Plus who isn’t hungry for some good live music!!??)

 

Rest assured, we will be following careful protocol for capacity limits and social distancing at this outdoor event (you can read more about the covid-19 procedures in the event page). You can choose to watch the show from your car, or bring a lawn chair to sit outside in socially-distanced boxed-off seating with your party – it’s up to you!

 

Due to capacity limitations, we highly encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Once the show is sold out, it’s SOLD OUT! We’re doing this DRIVE-IN-STYLE: $30/carload for up to 6 people, and $5/person if over 6 people. Individual tickets are $10/person. Follow the link above to purchase your tickets in advance.

COVID-19  PROCEDURES

TO KEEP EVERYONE AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE, THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE CONCERT:

  • FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE WORN WHEN LEAVING YOUR DESIGNATED PARKING or SEATING AREA.

    • Face coverings are required when you wait in line for port-a-potties or at the merch table. A face covering is anything that covers your mouth and nose (mask, bandana, shirt, etc.).  

    • If you or any person in your household is not feeling well, please remain home for the safety of everyone.  

 

  • WE WILL BE OPERATING AT THE RECOMMENDED CAPACITY OF THE CHURCH AND TOWN. CREW MEMBERS WILL DIRECT YOU WHERE TO PARK UPON ENTERING. ONLY ONE CAR MAY PARK IN EVERY OTHER SPACE.  

 

  • PLEASE CONSIDER PAYING BY CARD, VENMO, CASH APP, or PAYPAL UPON ARRIVAL.

    • If you purchase an online ticket in advance, you will receive an email with the ticket attached. We recommend you SCREENSHOT or PRINT your ticket before you arrive at the concert. Please have your ticket ready to be verified before you arrive at the entrance.  We will not touch your phone or any paper while processing tickets at the entrance.

    • An online ticket is valid for a regular car with up to six people in each car. If a vehicle has more than six (6) people, you will be charged an additional $5 for person over six (6) upon arrival at the entrance. For vehicles with one person, admission will be $10.00 at the entrance.

    • Online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

  • ALL VOLUNTEERS & CREW WILL WEAR MASKS IF UNABLE TO SOCIALLY DISTANCE.  

 

  • MERCH WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW.

    • Merchandise will be sold through our online store. We will text you to pick up your order at the merch table when it is ready. You must wear a face covering to pick up. If you wish to visit our table to see items & sizing, or to make a cash purchase, please maintain social distancing.  

 

  • THE PLAYGROUND IS CLOSED.

 

  • PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HATCH ALL THE WAY UP TO AVOID OBSTRUCTING THE VIEW FOR OTHERS; NO STRING TO TIE DOWN HATCHES WILL BE HANDED OUT DURING THE SHOW.

 

  • THERE ARE PORT-A-POTTIES AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE CHURCH. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CHURCH BUILDING AT ANY TIME. VOLUNTEERS ARE AVAILABLE TO DIRECT YOU.

 

  • WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE CONCERT START TIME OF 730 PM

  

  • DUE TO RESTRICTIONS AROUND FOOD, WE WILL NOT BE SELLING CONCESSIONS DURING THE SHOW; YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN FOOD TO CONSUME INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE. WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU CARRY OUT YOUR OWN TRASH.
